We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
All australian domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post and will be send free of charge using Express post bags.
All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped same business day. orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped next business day. orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of next business day. Once dispatched, Australia post provides I love Mr.Mittens customers with a 2-3 day delivery service, however, please allow an additional 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Large orders (plus 3-4 items) will be send using Fastway due to it's volume. When making multiple orders we will ship out your orders together to limited waiting time.
Overseas orders are shipped by DHL for a speedy delivery. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please email us and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the DHL website www.dhl.com.
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.
We ship to all countries via DHL courier. All orders will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
If you for any reason refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to I love Mr.Mittens and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.
We require that all parcels are signed for in person. Some countries allow consignees to authorise parcels to be left unattended (eg. Outside the delivery address), however we strongly advise against this. Consignees that authorise this form of delivery do so at their own risk, neither DHL nor I love Mr.Mittens can then be held responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
